Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AnimeBookmark, AnimeBookmark Tracker, and AnimeBookmark Tracker Premium. They form an agreement between you and 18212520 Canada Inc., operating as AnimeBookmark.
By creating an account, using the service, or accepting these Terms immediately before starting a paid subscription, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service or complete checkout.
Subscription facts at a glance
- Crunchyroll tracking remains free. AnimeBookmark Tracker Premium is one subscription that unlocks tracking for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HIDIVE, and Tubi.
- Where Premium checkout is available, the base prices are CA$4.99 monthly, CA$13.99 every three months, or CA$49.99 annually, with no free trial. Applicable tax is added at checkout, which displays the final currency, total, and billing interval before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation through your billing provider normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Your own streaming-service accounts or subscriptions are required. AnimeBookmark does not provide streaming access and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the listed providers.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your AnimeBookmark account and should contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You may use the Tracker on unlimited personal devices signed in to your account. You may not share, sell, transfer, or make your account or Premium access available to another person.
- You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you must obtain it before using the service.
Free and Premium tracking
The Free AnimeBookmark Tracker includes eligible Crunchyroll episode tracking, anime and episode match confirmation, and qualified AnimeBookmark watch updates. AnimeBookmark Tracker Premium is a single paid product that adds eligible Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HIDIVE, and Tubi tracking to the Free features.
Provider support is subject to compatible provider pages, technical availability, geographic availability, content classification, and AnimeBookmark's qualification checks. Features or supported providers may change when a provider changes its service or when AnimeBookmark reasonably updates, replaces, or discontinues an integration. Material subscription changes will be communicated where required.
Third-party streaming services
Crunchyroll, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HIDIVE, and Tubi are independent third-party services with their own terms, availability, content, and account requirements. AnimeBookmark is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or responsible for those services.
Pricing, payment, and renewal
- Where Premium checkout is available, the base prices offered are CA$4.99 per month, CA$13.99 every three months, or CA$49.99 per year. The checkout page controls the price, currency, taxes, and total that apply to your purchase.
- There is no free trial. The selected billing period begins when payment is successfully completed and access is provisioned.
- Premium is recurring. Unless canceled, your billing provider will charge the payment method on file at the start of each new monthly, three-month, or annual billing period.
- Prices may change prospectively. AnimeBookmark or your billing provider will provide notice where required before a change applies to a renewal.
Link is the Merchant of Record for Premium purchases through Stripe Managed Payments. Checkout identifies the sale as Sold through Link. Link handles payment, applicable taxes, receipts, recurring billing, and transaction support. Link's checkout terms and consumer protections also apply to your purchase. AnimeBookmark remains responsible for product support.
Cancellation and refunds
You may open Stripe's hosted customer portal from AnimeBookmark's Subscription & billing page to cancel. Stripe Managed Payments purchases can also be managed through Link. Unless law or the applicable checkout terms require otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues until then.
Refund eligibility and request instructions are described in the AnimeBookmark Refund and Cancellation Policy. That policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with security or availability, or use automated traffic that burdens AnimeBookmark or a streaming provider.
- Do not copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Tracker or Premium access except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not use AnimeBookmark to violate law, another person's rights, or a streaming provider's terms.
- AnimeBookmark may limit or suspend access reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or legal compliance.
Service operation and changes
AnimeBookmark works to provide reliable tracking, but playback recognition, episode mapping, synchronization, and provider availability can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. The service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, or technical reasons.
Watch history and library projections are convenience records and should not be your only copy of important information. A paid subscription provides access to eligible Premium features; it does not guarantee that every title, episode, device, region, provider page, or playback condition will be supported.
Intellectual property
AnimeBookmark and its software, branding, interface, and original content are owned by or licensed to 18212520 Canada Inc. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as provided. Streaming-service names, content, and marks belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, AnimeBookmark is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every provider change.
To the extent permitted by law, 18212520 Canada Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using AnimeBookmark at any time. AnimeBookmark may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or non-payment. Ending an account or subscription does not erase obligations or records that must reasonably survive, including payment, refund, dispute, security, and legal records.
Applicable law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory rights available where you live. AnimeBookmark may update these Terms prospectively and will identify the updated date or provide additional notice when required.
