The story
Synopsis
Akubi Girl follows the misadventures of Ruru, a precocious first grader with a secret: a tiny magical companion named Akubi who lives in a decorative vessel. Whenever Ruru lets out a telltale yawn, Akubi pops out and uses a tambourine to transform and attempt to grant wishes, usually with unexpected results.
