The story
Synopsis
When Patty relocates to the newly built Palm Town with her aunt and family, she finds herself out of step with the quiet rhythms of her new community. Missing her old home and familiar faces, she struggles at first to feel settled. A chance friendship with Alice gradually opens the town up, and the two girls spend their days discovering its corners and rout…
