The story
Synopsis
Gokujou Seitokai follows Randou Rino, an airheaded girl who arrives at an elite all girls academy with a distinctive talking puppet on her hand. Unexpectedly recruited into the school's influential student council, she must navigate the group's unusual responsibilities and high profile enterprises.
