The story
Synopsis
When tough transfer student Tokio moves to Tokyo, he expects to test his mettle against the city's residents. Instead he runs into a red haired, Japan obsessed youngster fixated on learning which prefecture Tokio hails from. That eccentric kid has even developed a quirky martial art inspired by regional customs, and their clashes quickly turn into a series…
