The story
Synopsis
After losing his only child, Dr. Umatarou Tenma builds Atom, a cutting edge robot fashioned in the boy's likeness, hoping to fill the void. When Tenma rejects his creation, Atom is sold to a traveling robot circus where performers are treated as disposable. Freed by Dr. Ochanomizu, a compassionate scientist who defends robot rights, Atom begins to carve out…
