The story
Synopsis
Madlax follows two women whose lives run on very different tracks: a highly skilled mercenary operating amid a brutal civil conflict, and a reserved woman leading a calm, sheltered existence in a distant nation. Their separate paths become entwined by a mysterious book and the machinations of a secretive group known as Enfant. As they pursue answers, layers…
