The story
Synopsis
Sakamichi no Apollon follows Kaoru Nishimi, a reserved young pianist who arrives at a new high school in Kyushu expecting another solitary year. His life shifts when he crosses paths with the brash Sentarou Kawabuchi, whose passion for jazz opens Kaoru to a different kind of music and companionship.
